The beautiful tip of the iceberg
Most of what we build you'll never see. This is the part you can.
An ageing scaffolding ERP modernised into a cloud platform, a live digital twin of the built estate, smart heating and energy apps with ecosystem integrations, and property platforms on Azure: software that runs sites, buildings and homes.
Construction, property and energy businesses run on systems that were built for a smaller company than the one they now are: the ERP that grew out of a spreadsheet, the asset register that lives in a filing cabinet, the heating controls that predate the app. The work is rarely greenfield. It is modernisation, integration and making physical assets visible in software.
We modernised Williams Scaffolding's ageing monolith into a modern cloud-based ERP that manages scaffolding projects day to day; built Building Twin, a live digital twin of the built estate where plant and structure report their condition continuously and predicted failures are raised before anyone calls them in; delivered smart heating and energy app work for Wiser Home, with room-by-room schedules, live consumption insight and integrations including Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT and ev.energy; and designed and developed the office rental platform for Williams Bridge Business Centre on Azure.
Each of these is a long-lived system with real assets behind it, so we build them to be inherited: infrastructure as code, monitoring, runbooks, and a named team under an SLA.
The problems we are usually called about. If two of these sound familiar, the conversation is worth having.
One application holds quotes, jobs, stock, staff and invoicing. It cannot be switched off and nobody wants to touch it.
Buildings, plant and equipment report their condition through paper, phone calls and memory, so failures arrive as emergencies.
Heating, energy and building controls have to integrate with voice assistants, tariffs and third-party platforms that change on their own schedule.
Field teams need the system on a phone, with patchy signal, and the office needs what they enter to be right first time.
Built on .NET, Blazor and Azure by a UK team with Microsoft-certified engineers, and supported under a written SLA once it is live.
Break the monolith into a cloud-based platform on Azure without a big-bang rewrite: parallel running, a regression suite and the same team from discovery to support.
A live model of the estate where every building, plant item and structure reports condition continuously, with predicted failures raised before they become call-outs.
Consumer and commercial apps for smart heating and energy: schedules, set points, consumption insight, savings reports and ecosystem integrations, built cross-platform.
Booking, tenancy and enquiry platforms on Azure with the integrations a property business needs, supported under an SLA.
Systems we have built, taken over and moved forward for organisations like yours. Full write-ups on each page, and reference conversations on request.
One Microsoft stack, end to end, so there is one team to call and no hand-off gap in an incident.
Operational systems are built on Azure with infrastructure as code, so the whole estate can be rebuilt from the repository, with independently stored backups, tested restores and a documented DR plan. Device and ecosystem integrations keep credentials in Key Vault and are monitored as dependencies. Our MSA, DPA and Cyber Essentials Plus are published in the Trust Centre.
Yes. That is how we approached the scaffolding ERP: stabilise first, put a regression suite around the highest-risk paths, then move capability to the new cloud platform release by release with parallel running until the old system can be retired. No big-bang cut-over.
A live software model of your physical estate. Every building, plant item or structure has a record that is fed by sensors, inspections and maintenance data, so condition is visible continuously and predicted failures are raised before they become emergency call-outs.
Yes. The Wiser Home work integrated with Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT and ev.energy alongside the heating hardware itself, and the same approach applies to building management systems, meters and third-party energy platforms.
Yes, from the same codebase. .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid gives field teams an iOS and Android app with offline support that shares its validation and data layer with the web application the office uses.
Yes. Our internal systems handover service captures what is in their head, runs alongside them, and then takes the load under an SLA. Discovery starts with a written assessment and risk register.
Tell us what you run and what keeps you up at night. A short conversation, under NDA if you prefer, is enough to tell you honestly whether we are the right partner and what the first step would cost.
