The beautiful tip of the iceberg
Most of what we build you'll never see. This is the part you can.
Patient records, pharmacy management, clinical workflow and medicines verification, built on .NET and Azure by a UK team that understands audit trails, availability and the cost of getting it wrong.
Healthcare software is judged on the days it is not working. A patient record that will not open on a ward round, a pharmacy system that loses a prescription, a verification service that stalls at the dispensing counter: each one turns a technical fault into a clinical one. That is why we treat availability, audit and recoverability as features to be designed in, not properties to be hoped for.
Our healthcare and pharmaceutical work spans cross-platform patient care records on .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid, a Blazor Server pharmacy management platform on Azure, medical workflow software for a specialist provider, and cloud-native services built to a regulated standard for the European Medicines Verification System, which protects the legal supply chain from falsified medicines.
Every system is built to be inherited: infrastructure as code, a regression suite around the highest-risk paths, runbooks, and a named support team under a written SLA, so the people who use it every day never depend on the one developer who happened to write it.
The problems we are usually called about. If two of these sound familiar, the conversation is worth having.
Patient and prescription data carries UK GDPR obligations, data-residency expectations and the need for an audit trail that will stand up to scrutiny years later.
Downtime on a ward, in a pharmacy or at a dispensing point is not an inconvenience. Systems need monitoring, tested failover and a rehearsed route to a named engineer.
New software has to work alongside NHS and supplier systems, legacy databases, label printers, scanners and third-party APIs that were never designed to talk to each other.
Community carers, pharmacists and clinicians need the same record on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, online and offline, without three separate codebases to maintain.
Built on .NET, Blazor and Azure by a UK team with Microsoft-certified engineers, and supported under a written SLA once it is live.
Cross-platform care record management on .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid: one C# codebase for web, iOS, Android and Windows, with offline-first data and secure sync to Azure.
Blazor Server pharmacy management on Azure: prescriptions, stock, dispensing workflow and reporting, with role-based access and a full audit log.
Cloud-native Azure workflow built to a regulated standard for medicines verification, designed for high volume, traceability and independent assurance.
Managed application support with severity-based response times, monthly service reports, tested DR and everything held in your name, from day one or when you take over an existing system.
Systems we have built, taken over and moved forward for organisations like yours. Full write-ups on each page, and reference conversations on request.
One Microsoft stack, end to end, so there is one team to call and no hand-off gap in an incident.
Clinical and pharmaceutical work runs on UK/EEA Azure regions with encryption at rest and in transit, secrets in Key Vault, MFA and least-privilege access, independently stored backups with verified restores, and a documented DR plan with agreed RTO and RPO. Our UK GDPR Article 28 DPA is included in the MSA, and Cyber Essentials Plus, security policies and incident-response commitments are published in the Trust Centre.
Yes. We have built patient care record applications, pharmacy management software, medical workflow tools and cloud-native services for the European Medicines Verification System. We work to the data-residency, audit and availability expectations those environments carry, and we prepare the evidence a supplier questionnaire or clinical safety review asks for.
That is exactly what .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid is for. One C# codebase produces the web application, the iOS and Android apps and a Windows desktop client, sharing the same components, validation and data layer, with offline-first storage and secure synchronisation for people working away from connectivity.
In the Azure region you choose, normally UK South with UK West or an EEA region for resilience. Data never leaves the agreed regions, backups are stored independently of the live environment, and we can evidence the configuration through infrastructure as code.
Yes. Most of what we support was written by someone else. Discovery produces a written assessment, a severity-rated risk register and costed options; onboarding puts monitoring, runbooks and a regression suite in place; then a named team supports it under a written SLA. See our development partner transition service.
We design for it: immutable audit logs, role-based access, versioned records, tested backup and restore, and change control through pipelines so every release is traceable. We support your clinical safety officer with the technical evidence they need rather than claiming their role.
Tell us what you run and what keeps you up at night. A short conversation, under NDA if you prefer, is enough to tell you honestly whether we are the right partner and what the first step would cost.
